How can a game item be "Godly"?
Ok, this may seem noobish, but how can a digital, game item be Godly??
****Note this thread only applies to those who are pro-creation (please obstain from posting about such a subject)
In my opinion, Godly means God-like. To me, and probably most of GW players, a crap load of colored pixels projected out of your monitor has nothing to do with being God-like. One may say "I killed you with my godly sword!!! Muahahaha...". To me, this is only a game, and only means this "I repetitively pressed a crapload of buttons and killed your in game character!!!" My response: "So, I can still play...". Ok, sorry if I strayed a bit, but still....Godly??? I'm sure there is a better word to describe a really good item that is extremely rare.

Yay!!! Someone other than me that refers to computer game items as coloured pixels!!!
In the "Game world" the items are Godly. As is.. um.. a decent car in the real world.
Basically, in it's own realm.. an item gets the title Godly if it is flawless.

in dictionary.com godly means (Having great reverence for God; pious) so i dont know y ppl call weapons godly in the game. u can hav a white weapon/item with perfect mods and it wouldnt be godly coz its white or the skin of the weapon is ugly or too common.

Because I didn't want to get into the subject if if God really exists, just wanted to see how it applies to in-game items. I just wanted to post that before anyone got too carried away.

Uber stat's man, uber. Like "teh ub3r l337".....
Actually, most people have inaccuratly described items as "Godly" when, in fact, the are only perfect.
My example of Flawless would be, any weapon max dmg, gold, with +30 HP and dmg +15%>50%. It would also have to be a pretty rare skin; such as a Crystalline, Fellblade, Storm Bow, Chaos Axe, Fiery Dragon Sword, Eternal Bow, well you get the picture.
If you have a question regarding what items are called godly, just go to ebay and type "Godly" in the search. You will see mainly Diablo 2 and GW items there.
I'll even provide the link:

When morons want to sell idiots weapons, much like when people want to join a party, they tend to clumsily apply loud adjectives to what they want to sell to stand out.
It's pretty much an utterly nonsensical sales pitch and a feeble attempt to make a flacid e-penis seem appealing to potential buyers/pick up groups.
